My passion in life lies within building and empowering others to be the best version of themselves through exercise and physical activity. I am an elite Olympic Weightlifter, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Master's-level exercise physiologist. I specialize in clinical, applied, and performance-based exercise science; focusing on the multiple facets of exercise intervention and exercise physiology.

I have had the opportunity to coach a number of youth, amateur, collegiate, and professional athletes across several different sports; and I have worked on multiple National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded studies. I have distinguished myself as a professional in the fields of muscle physiology, endocrine physiology, and sport performance; along with having had the opportunity to consult on exercise-based interventions with individuals affected by neurological disorders (Parkinson’s, traumatic and acquired brain injuries), addictions, and behavioral and mental health disorders.

Through my athletic endeavors—along with my experience in coaching and research—I aim to share my passion for exercise, fitness, and strength. Strength and beauty are two characteristics that can look different to everyone; however, I am a firm believer that they are two characteristics every individual possesses. I hope that through my personal experiences and passions, I am able to inspire others to embrace their own passions, strengths, bodies, and minds.

Let’s have an honest moment. Life’s been
